Jenny is passionate about health, wellness, and mindful living. She is trained in Vinyasa Yoga, Hatha Yoga, and Yin Yoga and enjoys helping others cultivate balance through movement and relaxation.
She also has a strong interest in nutrition and healthy living, believing that prevention is better than cure. She is expanding her expertise in diet and nutrition coaching to guide people toward sustainable, healthier lifestyles.
In her free time, Jenny loves creating nutritious smoothies and experimenting with new recipes for her family. She is dedicated to making healthy eating simple, enjoyable, and accessible to everyone.

Nutritionist, Weight Loss and Health Coach
Paul previously worked as a podiatrist and during that time, he began to develop an interest in health and fitness due to health issues and also seeing his patients struggle with managing chronic conditions like diabetes and arthritis. He decided to further his studies and graduated with a degree in Nutrition / Exercise and Sport Science from Massey University in New Zealand. In addition, he has since completed postgraduate training in functional medicine and has helped clients with health conditions such as weight loss, diabetes and cancer.
He is currently based in New Zealand. In his spare time, Paul enjoys listening to health and wellness podcasts, cooking, and going for walks.
